Private apartments

Finding a private apartment in Narva is generally straightforward. Rental prices are usually affordable, and apartments are available both for short-term and longer stays.

In most cases, utility costs are paid separately by the tenant. Utilities typically range from 40–80 EUR per month in summer and 80–150 EUR per month in winter, depending on energy prices and individual consumption habits.

Student dormitory

The dormitory of the University of Tartu Narva College is located in a modern building shared with the Estonian Academy of Security Sciences. The building is distinctive in its architecture and ergonomics: the first floor is constructed of concrete, while the upper three floors are made of wood.

The lower level of the dormitory building also includes a swimming pool. Accommodation prices in the dormitory typically range from 125 to 250 EUR per month, depending on the room type.

Please note that only the dormitory located at Paul Kerese 14 is situated in Narva. Other University of Tartu dormitories are located in Tartu and are not suitable for students studying in Narva.
