Narva College is a regional unit of the University of Tartu and the centre for academic education in Ida-Viru County. We have nearly 700 students and more than 60 employees.
We have been operating in the region for 25 years and, over these years, developed into a competence centre for multilingual education. We support innovation and entrepreneurship, actively shape the Estonian national identity and serve as an intellectual leader promoting cultural and social life in north-east Estonia.
The development of Ida-Viru County will be influenced in the coming years by nationwide reforms, such as the transition to Estonian-language education and a carbon-neutral economy. We are also setting targets for improving the region’s living, working and business environment. Among other things, we expect a significant increase in the number of students and staff at the college in the upcoming years.
We look forward to having both academic and support staff join our team. Ida-Viru County is now a unique place and environment for researchers to conduct research and for active and energetic people for self-realisation.
Come to work with us if you feel you are ready for new challenges, your educational background and work experience are suitable for the college, and you want to search for science-based solutions to complex problems and contribute to the development of Ida-Viru County.
